facilitates the release of stress by you becoming aware of your
thought processes.
Reflective Listening is where you get to know and understand yourself. In this supportive, relaxed environment you have the permission to let go. You have the freedom to talk about anything you choose. I will support you by listening. When you have finished talking I will reflect certain points back to you that I feel need to be explored. Through this exploration you will learn about patterns, belief systems and what is holding you back in life.
Daily stress and most illnesses are the products of childhood experiences. Between the ages of birth and 7 years, an incident will set up your views on life. Then between ages 7 and 12 a similar scenario will concrete this belief system in your subconscious mind. From this point everything you do in life will be ruled by this belief system. Through the understanding of these beliefs and the increased awareness of patterns you will be able to live a happier, more playful and productive life
