Each training program is individually tailored using a variety of equipment and techniques that may involve free weights, isometric exercises, medicine ball, fit ball, smith machine, PNF stretching, intense body pump, breathing exercises and others. Your personal trainer may also recommend dietary changes to enhance your training performance and accelerate results.
Training sessions of at least 3 times per week are required to reach any type of goal. Results will be noticed quite evidently within 10-12 weeks*. Duration of each session will depend on your individual needs and will take place in the park or at a local gym.
